Fast & Free Shipping

At Joyor Scooter US, we are committed to getting your ride to you as quickly and smoothly as possible. We offer free ground shipping on all electric scooters within the contiguous United States.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to the contiguous United States only. At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or other US territories.

Shipping Times & Carriers

• Electric Scooters: All scooters are stocked in our local US warehouses and shipped via FedEx Ground.

  • Processing Time: Within 2 business days.

  • Delivery Time: Typically 2-5 business days after dispatch.

• Accessories & Spare Parts: To ensure a wider selection of parts, accessories are shipped from our specialized factory in China via reliable international express services such as YunExpress or SF Express.

  • Free Shipping on orders over $29.
  • A $5 shipping fee applies per order for orders under $29.
  • Estimated Delivery: 6-15 business days.

  • If accessories are ordered with a scooter, they may arrive in a separate package with a different tracking number.

   

Order Tracking

Once your order is on the move, we will send a confirmation email with your tracking number or tracking numbers.

• Scooters: Tracking can be monitored directly on the FedEx website.

• Accessories: Tracking can be checked through the YunExpress/SF Express portals or all-in-one tracking websites. Tracking information is usually updated within 24-48 hours after dispatch.

Large Item Delivery Notice

Electric scooters are large and heavy items. Please inspect the outer package when it arrives. If the package appears damaged, take photos before opening it and contact us within 48 hours.

Please keep the original packaging until you confirm that the scooter is in good condition. Original packaging may be required for returns, replacements, or warranty support.

Modifications & Cancellations

• Before Shipment: Need to change your address or cancel your order? Please contact us immediately. We offer free cancellations and address updates before the item leaves our warehouse.

• After Shipment: Once an order is in transit, we cannot guarantee address changes or cancellations. If a reroute is possible, any carrier-imposed fees will be the responsibility of the customer.

Returns & Refunds Summary

• Defective or Incorrect Items: If the issue is caused by us, we will help resolve it. Please provide photo or video evidence for a full refund or free replacement.

• Buyer’s Remorse or Wrong Item Ordered: If you changed your mind or ordered the wrong item, you may return the item for a refund after inspection. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility. A restocking fee may apply depending on the condition of the returned product.

• Shipping Delays: If your package is delayed by more than 20 business days beyond the estimated delivery date, you may be eligible for a full refund or a free reshipment.

• Accessories: Due to international logistics costs, returns for non-defective accessories are not accepted.
