We stand behind every JOYOR electric scooter we sell. Our goal is to ensure you have a safe, reliable, and satisfying riding experience. If something is not right, we are here to help.
1. Order Cancellation
Before Shipment
You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. A full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
After Shipment
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may still initiate a return after delivery.
2. 14-Day Easy Return Guarantee
We offer a 14-day return window starting from the date you receive your order.
Eligibility Requirements
- The item must be unused and in original condition
- No signs of riding, modification, or damage
- Original packaging and accessories must be included
- Proof of purchase is required
Exclusions (Non-returnable Items)
- Accessories & spare parts (unless damaged or defective upon arrival)
- Personalized or custom-ordered products
Note: We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of use or damage caused after delivery.
3. Return & Refund Process
To initiate a return, please contact our support team:

Once approved, we will provide return instructions.
4. Return Shipping Policy
- Customer remorse (e.g. changed mind): Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Defective / damaged / incorrect items: We will cover return shipping or provide a prepaid label when applicable.
5. Refund Processing
- Refunds will be approved or rejected within 3–5 business days after inspection
- Approved refunds will be issued within 5–10 business days
- Refunds will be returned to your original payment method
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless due to our error
6. Damaged, Defective, or Missing Items
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery if your order arrives with any issues.
We may offer:
- Replacement parts
- Partial refund
- Full replacement
- Return & full refund
7. Important Notes
- Returned scooters must not exceed minimal test use only
- Heavy wear, crashes, water damage, or modifications may void eligibility
- Unauthorized returns may be rejected
We strongly recommend recording an unboxing video for faster claims processing.
