Warranty Policy

1. Warranty Coverage

All electric scooters purchased from our store are covered by a limited warranty of up to 2 years, starting from the date the original purchaser receives the product.

  • Warranty is non-transferable and applies to the original buyer only
  • Order number is required for any warranty claim
  • Warranty is automatically activated upon delivery

Important:
Modified scooters, batteries, or unauthorized repairs will void the warranty.


2. Warranty Timeline & Service Scope

 

Time Period Coverage
Within 15 days Return without reason (customer pays return shipping fee)
Within 30 days Return due to product defects
Within 2 months Replacement due to product defects
Within 6 months Free repair (return to designated warehouse)
Within 1 year Free replacement parts (battery: 6 months, others: 12 months)
1–2 years Free parts, customer pays shipping
After 2 years Paid repair & parts

 


3. What Is Covered

This warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Defective components
  • Shipping damage (must be reported promptly)

We will, at our discretion:

  • Repair the defective part
  • Replace the part
  • Replace with an equivalent model if necessary

4. What Is NOT Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear (e.g. tires, brake pads, cosmetic damage)
  • Damage from accidents, collisions, or misuse
  • Improper assembly, maintenance, or storage
  • Unauthorized modifications or third-party parts
  • Water damage or corrosion due to improper care
  • Battery damage caused by misuse or improper charging

5. Warranty Claim Process

To submit a warranty claim:

  1. Contact our support team via email
  2. Provide:
    • Order number
    • Scooter serial number
    • Photos or videos showing the issue

Claims without visual proof may not be processed.

We will review your request and provide instructions within a reasonable timeframe.


6. Shipping & Service Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs unless otherwise specified
  • Labor costs are not included in warranty coverage
  • If return is required, we will provide instructions for the nearest service location

7. Shipping Damage Claims

If your scooter arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos/videos of packaging and product

Failure to report within this timeframe may affect eligibility.


8. Limitation of Liability

This warranty is limited to repair or replacement of defective parts.

We are not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Loss of use, revenue, or inconvenience

Some U.S. states do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this policy may not apply depending on your location.


9. Used Scooters

Warranty may still apply if:

  • The original warranty period has not expired
  • You can provide the original order number and purchaser information

10. Important Maintenance Note

To maintain warranty validity:

  • Keep electrical components dry
  • Avoid exposure to extreme conditions
  • Perform regular inspections and maintenance
