Welcome to Joyor Scooter. We are dedicated to providing a high-quality delivery experience for our customers across the United States. Please review our shipping terms below.


Fast & Free Shipping on All Orders

At Joyor Scooter US, we are committed to getting your ride to you as quickly and smoothly as possible. We offer Free Ground Shipping on all electric scooters and accessories within the contiguous United States.


Shipping Times & Carriers

  • Electric Scooters: All scooters are stocked in our local US warehouses. Orders are exclusively shipped via FedEx Ground.

    • Processing Time: Within 2 business days.

    • Delivery Time: Typically 2–5 business days after dispatch.

  • Accessories & Spare Parts: To ensure the most comprehensive inventory, accessories are shipped from our specialized factory in China via reliable international express (YunExpress or SF Express).

    • Estimated Delivery: 6–15 business days.

    • Note: If ordered with a scooter, accessories may arrive in a separate package with a different tracking number.


Order Tracking

Once your order is on the move, we’ll send a confirmation email with your tracking number(s).

  • Scooters: Can be monitored directly on the FedEx website.

  • Accessories: Can be tracked via the YunExpress/SF Express portals or all-in-one tracking sites. Tracking info is usually updated within 24–48 hours of dispatch.


Modifications & Cancellations

  • Before Shipment: Need to change your address or cancel? Contact us immediately! We offer Free cancellations and address updates before the item leaves our warehouse.

  • After Shipment: Once an order is in transit, we cannot guarantee address changes or cancellations. If a reroute is possible, any carrier-imposed fees will be the responsibility of the customer.


Returns & Refunds Summary

  • Defective or Incorrect Items: If it's our fault, we’ve got you covered. Provide photo/video evidence for a Full Refund or Free Replacement.

  • Buyer’s Remorse (Wrong Item Ordered): If you changed your mind, you can return the item for a refund (minus restocking fees) after it’s been inspected. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.

  • Shipping Delays: If your package is delayed more than 20 business days beyond the estimated date, you are eligible for a full refund or a free reshipment.

  • Accessories: Due to international logistics costs, returns for non-defective accessories are not accepted.

1. Order Cancellation

Before Shipment

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. A full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

After Shipment

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may still initiate a return after delivery.


2. 14-Day Easy Return Guarantee

We offer a 14-day return window starting from the date you receive your order.

Eligibility Requirements

  • The item must be unused and in original condition
  • No signs of riding, modification, or damage
  • Original packaging and accessories must be included
  • Proof of purchase is required

Exclusions (Non-returnable Items)

  • Accessories & spare parts (unless damaged or defective upon arrival)
  • Personalized or custom-ordered products

Note: We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of use or damage caused after delivery.


3. Return & Refund Process

To initiate a return, please contact our support team:

Once approved, we will provide return instructions.


4. Return Shipping Policy

  • Customer remorse (e.g. changed mind): Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Defective / damaged / incorrect items: We will cover return shipping or provide a prepaid label when applicable.

5. Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be approved or rejected within 3–5 business days after inspection
  • Approved refunds will be issued within 5–10 business days
  • Refunds will be returned to your original payment method
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless due to our error

6. Damaged, Defective, or Missing Items

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery if your order arrives with any issues.

We may offer:

7. Important Notes

  • Returned scooters must not exceed minimal test use only
  • Heavy wear, crashes, water damage, or modifications may void eligibility
  • Unauthorized returns may be rejected
