Fast & Free Shipping on All Orders

At Joyor Scooter US, we are committed to getting your ride to you as quickly and smoothly as possible. We offer free ground shipping on all electric scooters and accessories within the contiguous United States.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to the contiguous United States only. At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or other US territories.

Shipping Times & Carriers

  • Electric Scooters: All scooters are stocked in our local US warehouses and shipped via FedEx Ground.

    • Processing Time: Within 2 business days.

    • Delivery Time: Typically 2-5 business days after dispatch.

  • Accessories & Spare Parts: To ensure a wider selection of parts, accessories are shipped from our specialized factory in China via reliable international express services such as YunExpress or SF Express.

    • Estimated Delivery: 6-15 business days.

    • If accessories are ordered with a scooter, they may arrive in a separate package with a different tracking number.

Order Tracking

Once your order is on the move, we will send a confirmation email with your tracking number or tracking numbers.

  • Scooters: Tracking can be monitored directly on the FedEx website.

  • Accessories: Tracking can be checked through the YunExpress/SF Express portals or all-in-one tracking websites. Tracking information is usually updated within 24-48 hours after dispatch.

Large Item Delivery Notice

Electric scooters are large and heavy items. Please inspect the outer package when it arrives. If the package appears damaged, take photos before opening it and contact us within 48 hours.

Please keep the original packaging until you confirm that the scooter is in good condition. Original packaging may be required for returns, replacements, or warranty support.

Modifications & Cancellations

  • Before Shipment: Need to change your address or cancel your order? Please contact us immediately. We offer free cancellations and address updates before the item leaves our warehouse.

  • After Shipment: Once an order is in transit, we cannot guarantee address changes or cancellations. If a reroute is possible, any carrier-imposed fees will be the responsibility of the customer.

Returns & Refunds Summary

  • Defective or Incorrect Items: If the issue is caused by us, we will help resolve it. Please provide photo or video evidence for a full refund or free replacement.

  • Buyer’s Remorse or Wrong Item Ordered: If you changed your mind or ordered the wrong item, you may return the item for a refund after inspection. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility. A restocking fee may apply depending on the condition of the returned product.

  • Shipping Delays: If your package is delayed by more than 20 business days beyond the estimated delivery date, you may be eligible for a full refund or a free reshipment.

  • Accessories: Due to international logistics costs, returns for non-defective accessories are not accepted.

15-Day Returns

We stand behind every JOYOR electric scooter we sell. Our goal is to make sure you have a safe, reliable, and satisfying riding experience. If something is not right with your order, we are here to help.

Order Cancellation

Before Shipment: You may cancel your order before it has been shipped. Once the cancellation is approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

After Shipment: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may request a return after the order has been delivered, as long as it meets our return conditions.

15-Day Return Window

We offer a 15-day return window starting from the date you receive your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.
  • There must be no signs of riding, modification, damage, or misuse.
  • The original packaging, accessories, manuals, and included parts must be returned together.
  • Proof of purchase is required.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of use, damage, missing parts, or modification after delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Accessories and spare parts
  • Personalized or custom-ordered products
  • Items that have been installed, used, modified, or damaged after delivery

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please contact our support team before sending anything back.

Please include the following information in your message:

  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos or videos, if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide return instructions. Please do not send items back without approval. Unauthorized returns may be rejected.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer remorse or wrong item ordered: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: If the issue is caused by us, we will cover the return shipping cost or provide a prepaid return label when applicable.

For electric scooters and other large items, return shipping can be expensive. Please contact us first so we can guide you through the correct return process.

Refund Processing

  • Returned items will be inspected after they arrive at our return location.
  • Refund approval or rejection will usually be completed within 3-5 business days after inspection.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

A restocking fee may apply if the returned product is not in original condition, has missing parts, or requires additional inspection or handling.

Damaged, Defective, or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or with missing parts, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue faster, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the package and product
  • A short video showing the issue, if applicable

Depending on the situation, we may offer replacement parts, a partial refund, a full replacement, or a return and full refund.

Important Notes for Electric Scooters

  • Returned scooters must not exceed minimal test use only.
  • Heavy wear, crashes, water damage, improper charging, unauthorized repairs, or modifications may void return eligibility.
  • Please keep the original packaging until you are sure you will keep the scooter.
  • We strongly recommend recording an unboxing video for faster claims processing.

Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund has been approved but you have not received it yet, please follow these steps:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card provider, as processing times may vary.
  3. Contact your bank for refund processing status.
  4. If the issue is still unresolved, contact us at support@joyorscooter.us.

2-Year Warranty

We stand behind every JOYOR electric scooter sold through Joyor Scooter US. This Limited Warranty covers eligible manufacturing defects for up to 24 months from the date of delivery, depending on the component.

Warranty Eligibility

  • The scooter must have been purchased directly from Joyor Scooter US.
  • Coverage applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
  • A valid order number and proof of purchase are required.
  • Coverage begins on the date the scooter is delivered to the original purchaser.
  • Only confirmed manufacturing or product-quality defects under normal use are covered.

New electric scooters are covered for 24 months. For approved warranty service requested after the first 12 months, the customer is responsible for all related shipping costs.

Warranty Claim Process

  1. Contact JOYOR customer support at support@joyorscooter.us and briefly describe the issue, including when and how it occurred.
  2. Provide your order number, proof of purchase, scooter model, serial number, clear photos or videos of the issue, and current shipping address.
  3. Complete any troubleshooting steps or provide additional information requested by our support team. Do not disassemble, repair, modify, or return the scooter or any component without prior instructions.
  4. If the claim is approved, JOYOR will determine the appropriate solution, which may include remote troubleshooting, replacement parts, repair at a U.S. service point, product replacement, or another suitable remedy. Return instructions, shipping responsibilities, and any applicable charges will be confirmed in writing.

Clear photos or videos are required to evaluate a claim. Missing or unclear information may delay the review or prevent approval.

Submitting a claim does not guarantee coverage. The final decision will be based on the warranty period, available evidence, product condition, and cause of the issue.

Damage During Shipping

If your scooter arrives damaged or incomplete, contact JOYOR customer support before assembling, charging, riding, or repairing it.

Please provide clear photos or videos showing:

  • All sides of the shipping box and any visible damage
  • The shipping label and tracking information
  • The internal packaging materials
  • The damaged or missing area of the scooter
  • The scooter model and serial number

Keep the original box, packaging, shipping label, and damaged parts until the claim is resolved. These items may be required for inspection or a carrier claim.

Depending on the circumstances, JOYOR may offer replacement parts, repair, product replacement, or coordination with the shipping carrier.

Exclusions From Warranty Coverage

This Limited Warranty does not cover damage, failure, or performance issues caused by:

  • Accidents, collisions, falls, impacts, improper transportation, racing, stunts, overloading, misuse, abuse, or neglect
  • Improper assembly, installation, maintenance, adjustment, charging, storage, or cleaning
  • Continued use after a warning, error code, abnormal sound, loose component, damaged cable, or other known problem appears
  • Water ingress, flooding, corrosion, salt or chemical exposure, fire, excessive heat, freezing conditions, or other environmental causes
  • Incompatible chargers, batteries, controllers, displays, motors, wiring, replacement parts, or accessories
  • Unauthorized speed, electrical, software, battery, or structural modifications, including removal of safety-related components
  • Improper repair, incorrect installation, or damage caused by third-party parts or services
  • Normal wear, cosmetic damage, fading, scratches, dents, surface deterioration, loss, theft, vandalism, or third-party damage
  • A removed, altered, or unreadable serial number or product identification label

Using a third-party repair service or non-JOYOR part does not automatically cancel unrelated warranty coverage. However, any damage caused by that service, part, installation, or modification is not covered.

Warranty Service Limitations

Warranty replacements may be new or functionally equivalent items, where permitted by law. Availability depends on the scooter model, production version, compatibility, and inventory.

Remove all personal items and non-original accessories before sending a scooter for service. JOYOR is not responsible for property left on or inside the scooter.

A repaired or replaced product or component remains covered for the rest of the original warranty period, unless a longer period is required by law or confirmed by JOYOR in writing.

Legal Notice

This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights that vary by state.

Nothing in this policy limits any consumer right or legal remedy that cannot be excluded or restricted under applicable federal, state, or local law.

Yes. Every JOYOR model is built with all-terrain capability in mind. Depending on the model, you'll get features like dual motors for traction, hydraulic or spring suspension for shock absorption, off-road pneumatic tires for grip, and climbing angles of up to 35°. Whether you're commuting through the city or taking a weekend trail ride, your JOYOR is ready.

It depends on how you ride:

  • For daily commuting and light terrain: The S5-Z offers a great balance of portability, range, and all-terrain capability at an entry-level price.
  • For mixed urban and off-road riding: The T10 or S10-S-Z gives you dual-motor power, longer range, and stronger suspension.
  • For serious off-road and long-distance touring: The E6-S, with its 100 km range, 1600W dual motors, and 11" vacuum tires, is built for the longest, roughest rides.
